Hello! I’m Kelly, the Founder and President. I’m a dual Canadian-Portuguese citizen, avid world traveler and a nature, sports and adventure-obsessed aspiring home chef (ask me about my TikTok cooking channel that’s rooted in my hometown’s pizza legacy). Launching Boutique Hoteliers has been a years-long dream of mine, and making it a reality means I can help luxury hotels drive sustained financial success. 

My professional resume spans multiple cities, continents and the top luxury hotel brands globally. I have 15 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, marketing and leadership across Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont and as the opening Director of Sales and Marketing for the new 1 Hotel Toronto.

 My career has been defined by an unwavering commitment to driving exceptional financial results. Throughout my tenure in the luxury hotel industry, I have consistently delivered revenue performance that exceeded expectations, propelling profitability and setting new standards for success. My strategic approach to sales, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail and a leadership style rooted in calm and positivity have consistently positioned the properties I've represented as market leaders - reflecting in increased market share and sustained financial growth.

What sets me apart as an industry leader is my ability to anticipate market trends and swiftly adapt strategies to leverage emerging opportunities. I’m passionate about cultivating relationships, both within teams and with key stakeholders, ensuring that sales strategies align seamlessly with the overarching objectives of an organization.

From my 4 years as the opening Director of Sales and Marketing for a luxury Toronto hotel, I honed my ability to lead dynamic teams, orchestrate seamless hotel openings, and deliver exceptional financial results. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in launching new properties, from crafting unique guest experiences to positioning a hotel as a market leader from day one. I had industry-disrupting, best-in-class mentors who taught me everything there is to know about a successful hotel opening, and I am incredibly grateful for them.
